As a Registered Dietitan certified in Weight Management and specializing in Disordered Eating and Child Feeding Issues, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue work, Amy offers the experience and personal attention required to help alleviate pain and stress, as well as attain more confidence, clarity, and meet health goals. Isabella provides the most comprehensive bodywork available in the area. Amy's holistic approach to nutrition incorporates gradual lifestyle and behavior changes to create a healthier, happier, and lifelong relationship with whole foods and physical activity. Her massage style represents a unique combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Reflexology, tailored to meet each client's individual needs.
